Cancellations
Orders can be canceled at any time before the shipping process begins. Once the item has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
7-Day Inspection & Reporting (Damaged or Incorrect Items)
Please inspect your order upon reception. To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to defects, damages, or incorrect items, you must contact us at siksikhouse@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to high international shipping costs, we do not accept returns for simple change of mindfor non-EU orders. For eligible returns (damaged or incorrect items), the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, as per EU law. In this case, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at siksikhouse@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
